How to Make a Complaint

Homeowners who contact Loverrecorded Floor Coating should receive fair treatment. Please let us know when an experience falls short. This page explains how to report a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What can you report?

You can raise concerns about:

• Your experience during a call or message exchange with Loverrecorded Floor Coating
• Our use or protection of your personal information
• Website content that appears incorrect or unclear
• Conduct by a provider referred through our service

What if the concern involves a provider?

Providers in our network are separate businesses. They manage their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer care. For a problem with completed floor coating work, first write to the provider. Save copies of your correspondence.

Let us know too. Feedback helps us hold the network accountable, and providers with repeated problems may be removed. Loverrecorded Floor Coating cannot resolve contract disputes, handle warranty claims, return money charged by a provider or represent a provider.

What should your complaint include?

Email contact@loverrecorded.world with these details:

• Your name and contact information
• When you contacted Loverrecorded Floor Coating or the provider
• The number dialed or form submitted, if you remember
• The provider's business name, if you know it
• A brief description of the problem and the resolution you want

What happens after you write?

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that process. We will then explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

What if the reply does not resolve your concern?

Reply to request another review. You may also contact your state attorney general, a consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, the state licensing board may be another source of help.
