Questions about the slab, preparation or installation need to go to the independent provider who assesses the project. Calls are answered Mon-Fri 9am-9pm ET.

What if the damage has just appeared?

You do not need to settle on a coating during the first hour. Keep people away from slippery areas and note where water or loose coating appears. Take photos if you can do so safely. Describe recent rain, a spill or another change when you speak with the provider. Mention active water entry before discussing a new finish.

What details might the provider need?

Expect questions about the floor's size, current finish and use. A provider may ask whether vehicles park there, whether the slab has been coated before and whether damp spots return. Share what you know without guessing. If the history is unclear, say so. Ask what can be discussed from photos and what requires an assessment at the property.

Which questions help you compare proposals?
